ALLRED

Peggy Jean Allred, 67, years was resurrected in Christ Easter Sunday, April 8, 
2012. 

She was the beloved mother of Candace Allred Taunton and Arthur O. Allred, Jr. 
and the late Christopher Troy Allred; grandmother of Jason II, Jordan and 
Jaiden Taunton, James, Benton; future granddaughter, Ava Allred; sister of 
Tommie Luna, Shirley Wheat, Michael Terry, Patricia King, Donnie Terry and the 
late Charlene Edwards and daughter of the late Charles Terry and Ava Rogers. 

She was a retired sergeant with the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office. 
She was also a member of the Legal Secretaries Association, a member of Slidell 
Women’s Civic Club; and a member of the Krewe de la Boutte Dominique.
