NANCY LEE FREDERICK, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at 
Trinity Neurological and Rehabilitation Center.

Beloved wife of Keith J. Frederick for the past 54 years.
Mother of Tracy K. Wall and husband Mark.
Also survived by 1 grandchild, Kylie A. Wall.

Age 75 years; a native of Cambridge, MA and a resident of Slidell since 1992. 
Mrs. Frederick was an accomplished Interior Designer and was the former owner 
and operator of Something Unique, LLC. in Slidell, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass at 
St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, 910 Cross Gates Blvd., Slidell, LA on 
Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 11:30am. Visitation will be at the church from 
9:30am until 11:30am. 
Interment will be held at a later date in Catholic Cemetery in Ft. Wayne, IN.

Donations to the Slidell Memorial Hospital Foundation in care of the Slidell 
Memorial Cancer Center, 1001 Gause Blvd., Slidell, LA 70458 is preferred, in 
lieu of flowers.
