FRANCIS J. “FRANK” HALLAL, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Greenbrier 
Nursing Home in Slidell, LA at age 82. 

A native of New Orleans, longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish and most 
recently a resident of Slidell, LA. 

Beloved husband of the late Joyce Dell Hallal. Loving father of Kathy M. Hallal 
Boudoin and William J. Hallal (husband of Cheryl). Son of the late Joseph 
Hallal and Anita Moran Hallal Driggers. Brother of Mary Arnoult, Michael, and 
the late Joseph, George, Jude, Tony, Theckla Phillips and Patsy. Grandfather of 
Jeneen Boudoin Holmes (wife of Fred) and Terry M. Hallal (husband of Kristen). 
Great grandfather of Landon G. Hallal. 

Francis was a retired Foreman of Kaiser Aluminum and also a former Deputy for 
the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office. 
He was in the Merchant marines and served his country with the Army during the 
Korean Conflict. 

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a memorial mass at 
St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 1050 Robert Blvd., Slidell, LA 70458 on 
Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 11:00am. Visitation will be from 10:00am until 
11:00am. 

Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, MS at 2:30pm.

Donations to: Alzheimer’s Association or the American Heart Association.
