MACAFORE, SAMUEL "SAMMY" MICHAEL, JR.
(September 17, 1947 - April 19, 2012)

SAMUEL MICHAEL MACAFORE, JR., age 64, born on September 17, 1947, was called to 
heaven on Thursday, April 19, 2012. 

Samuel, (Sammy), was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel M. Macafore, Sr. 
and Mabel Plaisance Macafore, and brother Cosimo Macafore. 

Survived by sisters, Frances M. Tidwell (Allen), Maryaline M. St. John (the 
late Dennis), Bernadette M. Beckstrom (Lee), Victoria (Darrel), brother, 
Vincent P. Macafore and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Sammy proudly served his country in the U.S. navy during the Vietnam War while 
serving aboard the U.S.S. Boxer. 
He was a welder by profession. 
Sammy’s hobbies were working in his vegetable garden, fishing and shrimping. 
He will be sadly missed by his loved ones. 
Military memorial services will be private.
