MICHEL

Clara Alphonse Michel, 85, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2012.

She was the beloved wife of the late Van J. Michel Sr.; mother of Janet Michel, 
Van J. Michel Jr. and Mary Michel Labit; grandmother of Jeanne Sabathier Brown, 
Stephen M. Labit and Heather M. Rouchon; and daughter of the late Walter T. 
Alphonse and Marie Castaing Alphonse. 

She was a native and lifelong resident of New Orleans.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral Mass at 11 a.m. 
tomorrow in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, 
Covington, Visitation is from 9:30 a.m. until service time. 

Interment will follow in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery, New Orleans.

Donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Ave., 
7th floor, New York, NY 10001.
