MOTICHEK, STEPHEN C. 
May 02, 1946 - April 05, 2012

Stephen Cyril Motichek passed away on April 5, 2012 at Ochsner Foundation 
Hospital, Jefferson, LA at the age of 64. 

Beloved husband of Sheila Revere Motichek for 44 years. Father of Kelly 
Motichek, Dionne Clark and Sean Motichek. Brother of Johnny, Wayne, Carlos, 
Gregory, Sylvia, Betty and Juanita. Grandfather of four grandchildren and uncle 
to numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 9, 2012 at Serenity Funeral 
Home, 20419 Hwy. 36, Covington at 11:30 am. Visitation at the funeral home from 
9:30 am until service time. 
Interment following at Theodore Dendinger Cemetery, Madisonville, LA.
