Elsie Florence Ritter Mottinger passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2012 at the 
age of 92.

Beloved wife of 62 years to the late Don Mottinger, Sr. Loving mother of Leslie 
Jarrell (Doug), Lloyd Lay (Rena), Richard Lay (Jana) and Don Mottinger, Jr. 
(Christine). Daughter of the late Della and Frank Ritter. Sister of the late 
Lloyd Ritter. Also survived by eight grandchildren and fifteen great-
grandchildren.

She was actively involved in the American Legion.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial service 
from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 
on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Wednesday from 9:00 
AM until service time.

Inurnment will follow in Metairie Cemetery.
