John L. Muller passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the age of 91.

Beloved husband of 64 years to the late Helen Brauner Muller. Loving father of 
Judith Marie Muller Zeller (Frank) and Richard L. Muller (Silvia). Son of the 
late Irma Hertz Muller and George Lester Muller. Brother of the late Lester 
Muller and Delores Muller Balot. Grandfather of Lawrence J. Guichard, III, 
Richard L. Muller, Jr., Amy Robin Guichard and Lauren Muller Ventura. Great-
grandfather of Gabrielle Elise, John Louis, II, Camden Anthony, Elizabeth 
Helen, Alexandra Marie, Anna Kathryn, Jacob Ryan and Dylan Brock. Step-
grandfather of Cindy K. Sutton, Russell Peter Zeller, Sandy Zeller, Suzanne 
Adams, Ronald Bourgeois and Robert (Seb) Schultis. Step great-grandfather of 
Katlyn Sutton and Kristen Todd. Also survived by a loving family of nieces and 
nephews.

He was born and raised in New Orleans and graduated from S.J. Peters High 
School. A U.S. Navy veteran of WW II and a member of American Legion Post 307, 
he retired to Mandeville and has for the last four years resided at the Windsor 
Assisted Living Facility.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at 
E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on 
Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 2:00 PM with visitation on Thursday from 12:00 noon 
until Mass time.

Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations in memory of Mr. Muller 
be made to Support Our War Heroes www.supportourwarheroes.org.
