Lillie Faye Prather passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at the age of 72.

Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Prather.
Loving mother of Alan Prather, Kevin Prather and Lance Prather. Daughter of the 
late Mamie and Harvey King. Sister of Betty Ferguson. Grandmother of Kristian 
Prather, Paige Prather, Brette Prather, Ande Prather, Kurtis Prather, and 
Leland Prather.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service 
from Franklin Funeral Home, 219 Main Street, Meadville, MS 39653 on Saturday, 
April 7, 2012 at 1:00 PM with visitation on Saturday from 11:00 AM until 
service time.

Interment will follow in Elmo Baptist Church Cemetery
