MILLICIENT HAYDEL TARDO, age 79 years, a resident for 45 years of St. Bernard, 
LA passed away on Friday, April 6, 2012 with her loving family by her side.

Beloved wife of the late Samuel Anthony Tardo. Daughter of the late Lucy Turner 
Haydel and Joseph V. Haydel.
Mother of Susan Tardo Rodriguez(Frank) and Trace Tardo(Natalie)
Sister of Dorothy Guthans, Alsira Young, the late Doris Low and Justin Haydel.
Also survived by 4 grandchildren, Jason, Brandy, Bria and Kayla and numerous 
nieces and nephews. 

Her passion was being a primitive artist who painted and her trademark on her 
paintings was three birds in the background, symbolizing her deceased parents 
and husband. She was a very special person, a loving mother, grandmother and 
will be sorely missed by all of her family and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at 
Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd., West, Slidell on Wednesday, April 11, 
2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by 
Graveside Services at Forest Lawn Cemetery at 11:00 A.M.
