James Roland Welch, 77, passed away Tuesday April 17, 2012. 

He was a retired insulator at Asbestos workers Local 53. 

He is survived by his wife, Emma Welch; 
a son, James Welch; 
a daughter, Pamela Welch Polk and her husband, Mass Polk; 
two sisters, Gloria Bell and Marlene Metz and two brothers, Woody Welch and 
Kenneth Welch. 
He is also survived by four grandchildren, Pamela Michelle Polk Dunaway, Erika 
Rochelle Polk Davis, Ashley Renae Welch Blevins and Emily Carissa Welch 
Mitchell and four great-grandchildren, Devin Claude Dunaway, Abbygail Makayla 
Davis, Jasper Steven Davis and Kendal Blevins. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Enoch E. and Georgia Oneal Welch, and 
two brothers, Ellery Welch and Melvin Welch.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today at D.T. Williams Funeral Home, 
67525 Hwy. 41, Pearl River. 

Visitation is from 9 a.m. until service
