Burnett

Marion “Joyce” Burnett, 66, of New Orleans, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2012.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Pearl River and a loving housewife 
to her family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years Ray Burnett; her daughters, 
Jamie Abney Polk and her husband Tim and Tammy Abney; brothers James Kemp and 
Don Kemp Sr.; sister, Jeanette Gale; grandchildren Alycia Polk Long and her 
husband Carey and Taylor Polk; greatggrandchildren Carley Beth Long and Noah 
Long; and her grand dog Maggie Mae.

She will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon today at the chapel of D.T. 
Williams Funeral Home 67525 Louisiana Highway 41, Pearl River. 
Funeral Services will begin at noon. 
Interment will follow at Crawford Cemetery in Pearl River. 
Dr. Carey Long will officiate.
