Demus Roland Jenkins was born on February 8, 1940 and was called home on April 
28, 2012, at his home surrounded by his wife and children.

He was preceded in death by his parents Bouey and Maggie Jenkins and brothers 
Louis Jenkins, Huey Jenkins and Alfred Jenkins. 

He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather. 

He leaves behind his wife of 51 years Lillie Erwin Jenkins, children Gwen 
Jenkins Perilloux, Rhonda K. Jenkins and Jason R. Jenkins; grandchildren 
Catherine Coyne, Justin Walker, Nicholas Perilloux, Jacob Perilloux, Mason 
Jenkins and Megan Thomas and son-in-law David Perilloux. 
He is also survived by brothers Holice Jenkins, Frank Jenkins and Theodore 
Jenkins, sisters Linda Gleber, Lucy Bentley and Emezell McIntyre.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel 
of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA 70435 on Wednesday 
May 2, 2012 at 11:00 am. 
Visitation on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on 
Wednesday, May 2, 2012 from 9:00 am until service time.

Interment will follow in the Spencer Cemetery.

Arrangements by Bagnell & Son Funeral Home of Covington.
