Beloved husband of Terrie Henderson Mulligan. Brother of Thomas Mulligan, Sr., Barbara Mulligan, and the late Patricia and Michael Mulligan. Brother-in-law of Julie Mulligan and Anne (C.W.) Blackwell. Step-father of Rebecca Ruffino (Jason), Tina Wong (Kenneth) and Jill Walder Jenkins. Grandfather of Jon Walder, Kai Jenkins, Tristan, Aly and Emmy Wong. Also survived family, friends, his beloved Squeeks and Manny and his beloved cousin Elizabeth “Libby” Bergeron. Age 62 years. A native and lifelong resident of Covington, LA. He retired from Southeast Hospital as an IT Support Specialist. He graduated with a BA in Industrial Management at SLU and an Associate Degree in Architecture. He was the founding member and 1st Officer, Emeritus of the Southern Cruisers Riding Club Northshore Chapter 256, honorary lifetime member of Red Knights LA Chapter 5, LA Indian Heritage Assc. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 10:00 AM. Visitation from 8:30 AM until service time.
