Phyllis Penn, 57, a native of Mandeville and a resident of Covington, passed 
away April 25, 2012. 

She is survived by her sons, Derrick Penn, Antoine Mills; daughters, Cindy 
Brown, Delissa Penn, Nikki Penn and Trishana Keys; 
father, the Rev. Leo Edgerson; brothers, Mathis Edgerson and Phillip Edgerson; 
sisters, Janice Rushing, Errica Jones, Mechelle Burnette and Leticia Scott; 
17 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, and two grandsons.

The funeral service was held yesterday at the First Baptist Church of 
Mandeville. 

Interment was is in Mandeville Cemetery.

Richardson Funeral Home of St. Tammany is in charge of arrangements.
