Mrs. Hazel Marie Eckleberry Reeves, 81, died of a prolonged and chronic illness 
on May 13, 2012. 

She is survived by her husband Bill Reeves and her daughter Lela Cook (Lt. Gary 
Cook); four grandchildren, Rebecca Anderson (Sean), Matthew Cook, Emily Brinser 
(Brian), and Maddie Cook, and two great grandchildren Tessa Anderson and 
Arabella Brinser. Mrs. Reeves was sister to Loretta Bencini (Tom), Daniel 
Eckleberry (Mary Lou), and Diana Mathis (Bobby). She was preceded in death by 
her parents, Kelly and Velma Eckleberry and her daughter Catherine Jo Reeves.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at the Church 
of Faith, 61305 Airport Road Slidell, LA 70460 on Thursday May 24, 2012 at 
11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Haven Health and Hospice, 753 
Robert Blvd. Suite B, Slidell, LA 70458.
