Myrtle H. Scaffidi, 91, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2012.

She was the beloved mother of Robert E. Bongard (Kay), Kenneth Passauer (Linda) 
and Karen Traina (Don). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three 
great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by two grandchildren.

She was the founder/ owner of the original Parasol’s Bar. She named the bar, 
and it was her recipe that made Parasol’s nationally known for its delicious 
roast beef poboy sandwiches.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass on Friday, May 4, 
2012, at 10:30 am. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 11355 St. John 
Church Road, Folsom. Visitation is from 10 a.m. until service time. 

Interment will be private.
