She was born Jan. 28, 1937, in Hattiesburg, Miss., to Charles Joseph DiFatta, Sr. and Mary Lou Tanner DiFatta. She was a resident of Mandeville, and she was originally from St. Bernard Parish. She was Christian by faith and she worked as a caregiver for many years before retiring. She enjoyed helping others and witnessing to others about her Christian faith. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by one son, Dana Buuck and one daughter, RaeAnn Buuck, both of St. Bernard Parish; two daughters-in-law, Cindy Buuck of Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., and Lisa Calabres of Mississippi; her siblings; Chuck DFatta of Biloxi, Miss., Margaret Conn of Gulfport, Miss., Betty DiFatta Huff of Atlanta, Tony DiFatta of Madison, Miss., Brenda DiFatta of Jackson, Miss., JerriLynn Pittman of Petal, Miss., Tommy DiFatta Northport of Atlanta and Gloria DiFatta, Joey DiFatta and Rosie Harrington DiFatta, all of Hattiesburg, Miss., along with numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Clary-Glenn Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. ===================
