Mary Elizabeth Littell Waldrop passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at the age 
of 83.

Beloved wife of 60 years to Bryant Samuel Waldrop. Loving mother of David 
Waldrop, Deborah Bakewell, Yvonne Sleger (Michael), Elaine Conrad, Steven 
Waldrop (Virginia) and the late William Waldrop. Daughter of the late Elizabeth 
Finnegan Littell and Eugene Slack Littell. Sister of Altha Louise Ditch. Also 
survived by twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Waldrop was a registered nurse at New Orleans Charity Hospital and Tulane 
Medical Center. She was an active parishioner of Most Holy Trinity Catholic 
Church in Covington, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at 
E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, 
May 12, 2012 at 10:30 AM with visitation on Saturday from 9:00 AM until Mass 
time.

Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations in memory of Mrs. Waldrop 
be made to the American Cancer Society.
