Caron Marie Campos Blappert passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her 
family on Wednesday, June 26, 2012. 

She was born June 2, 1956 in New Orleans to Barbara K. Velasquez and the late 
Donald J. Campos and has been a resident of Mandeville since 1984.

The beloved wife of Ronald “Ron” Blappert for 37 years, she was the devoted 
mother of two sons, Neil Blappert (Sherlyn) and Ryan Blappert (Angela); her 
step daughter, Janeen B. Oden (Hall) and was Mimi to six grandchildren. She was 
the sister of Cynthia C. Boyington (John), Clifford J. Campos II and Catherine 
C. Ural (Keith).

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a memorial service 
celebrating Caron’s life at 12:00 Noon on Monday, July 2, 2012 at Church of the 
King, 22205 Little Creek Road, Mandeville, LA 70471.

Visitation at the church will begin Monday at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to “Care for Caron” on Facebook or 
directly to the “Care for Caron” account at any Regions Bank to help with 
medical expenses.
