Joseph Paul Gaudet Jr., 43, of Slidell, passed away peacefully at home Friday, 
June 15, 2012.

Gaudet was a paramedic, an avid New Orleans Saints fan and a loving husband, 
father, grandfather, son, brother and friend.

He is survived by his loving wife, Tammy Diggs Gaudet; children, Ryan Gaudet 
and Brooke Diggs; granddaughter, Presley “Peaches” Gaudet; brothers, Mark, 
Teddy and Bradley Gaudet; and sisters, Dana Jones, Holly Adama, Sheri Lacava, 
Gina Wilson and Dana Motte. He was the son of Joseph Gaudet Sr., and the late 
Barbara Busbee.

He also is survived by brothers- and sisters-in-law, godchildren, nieces and 
nephews and many loving family members and friends.

Funeral services will be today at noon at Northshore Church, 310 Kensington 
Blvd., Slidell. Visitation is from 9-11 a.m. today at Bagnell & Son Funeral 
Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington.

Everyone is asked to come in Emergency Medical Service, fire, police or Saints 
attire, which Guadet would have appreciated.

Donations will be accepted to the Joseph Paul Gaudet Jr. Memorial Fund at any 
Capital One Bank branch location.

Arrangements are by Bagnell & Son Funeral Home of Covington.
