MARIE LOUISE “NUNU-SNOOKIE” INNERARITY GORECKI, of Slidell, LA, passed away on 
Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the Guest House of Slidell.

Beloved wife of the late Thomas H. Gorecki, Sr.
Mother of Thomas H. Gorecki, Jr. (Carina), Donald J. Gorecki (Shellie), Joseph 
G. Gorecki (Margie), Susan Marie Gorecki and the late Eleanor M. Fason.
Daughter of the late Joseph A. Innerarity and Marie Badon Innerarity.
Sister of Helen Dowell, Ruth McManus and James Innerarity and the late Aimee 
Fandal, Robert Innerarity, Jean Stevens, and Ann Bailey.
Also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great 
great grandchildren.

Age 85 years; a native and lifelong resident of Slidell, LA. 
Mrs. Gorecki was an employee of Slidell Memorial Hospital. 
She was also employed by Dr. Grant Simmons and retired as an Office 
Administrator for Dr. Michael Finn. She enjoyed traveling overseas to Austria, 
Germany, France and Sweden. She was a devout Catholic who traveled to 
Medjugorje.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass at 
HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, 
LA on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 1:00pm. Visitation will be from 11:00am until 
1:00pm. 
Interment will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Slidell, LA. .
