BENNETT

Jack Andrew Bennett Jr., 55, died Saturday, July 21, 2012.

The self-employed carpenter was survived by his wife, JoAnn Bennett; mother, 
Juanita Bennett; son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Aimee Bennett III; daughter 
and son-in-law, Stephanie Bennett and Robin Brooks, and three sisters and their 
spouses, Peggy and James Fletcher, JoAnn and Wayne Bice and Sylvia and Michael 
Slaughter.  He also is survived by six grandchildren, Jacklyn King, Jacob 
Bennett, Erika and Peyton Bennett, Jack Bennett IV and Christian Brooks. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Bennett Sr., and a son, James 
Bennett.

Funeral services with Sisters Shirley McConnell and Judy Penton officiating 
will be July 27 at 1 p.m., with visitation starting at 9 a.m. and on July 26 
from 6-10 p.m., at D.T. Williams Funeral Home chapel, 67525 Louisiana Highway 
41, Pearl River. 
Interment will follow at Crowe Cemetery.
