He was born in New Orleans and lived in Metairie for 30 years before moving to Talisheek, where he lived for the past 15 years. The U.S. Marine who was a radio operator in the Korean War owned Boudreaux’s Freight Forwarding business for 12 years and overall worked in the freight forwarding business for 40 years. From 1979 to 1980, he was president of World Trade Club of New Orleans. He was the son of the late Pedro and Levi Aucoin Boudreaux. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Shirley P. Boudreaux; daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Bruce Parker; grandchildren and their spouses, Karen and Paul Pearce and Cherie and Darrin Fedile; great-grandchildren and their spouses, Stephanie and Aaron Underwood, Joshua Pearce, Geramie and Paris Pearce and Haley and Tyler Verdun. He also is survived by his cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. The funeral service was July 10 at D. T. Williams Funeral Home, 67525 Louisiana Highway 41. Interment followed at Holmes Cemetery, Talisheek. In lieu of flowers, donations requested to the COPD Foundation. ===================
