Jennifer was born on April 18, 1981 in Manchester, CT. She also lived in Shelton, CT, Edmond, OK and Plano, TX. She made her home from 1995 to present in Mandeville, LA. She graduated from Fontainbleau HS in 1999. She then attended Southeastern University and majored in English and writing. She was a fantastic poetry writer and had a beautiful voice. She worked for LOFASA for a time then was employeed at Coscino’s Restaurant in Mandeville. She loved her job and co- workers. She leaves her brother, Christopher James Day who preceded her in death in 1999; her parents are Deborah DeMarco Day and James J. Day of Mandeville. Granddaughter of Louis J. DeMarco and the late Barbara Wilson DeMarco , both of Worcester, MA. She leaves behind many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends and her dog Snuffles. Her ashes will be spread on Cape Cod at a later date along with her brothers. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Friday, July 6, 2012 at 12:00 noon with visitation on Friday from 9:00 AM until service time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in memory of Jennifer to be made to your favorite charity or LAFASA, www.lafasa.org. ===================
