Barry John Melerine of Delacroix Island, 56, was called home to heaven on July 
9, 2012 with his loving family by his side. 

A memorial honoring Barry will be held Tuesday, July 17th at 11:00 AM at St 
Bernard Catholic Church located at 2805 Bayou Rd. 

Barry was an inspiring free spirit who was loved by all who met him. 
He was an accomplished artist and enjoyed motorcycles, golf, archery, dancing 
and most of all fishing. 

Barry is survived by his wife Donna, daughters Tiffany Carrasco and Victoria 
Melerine, mother Anna, father Clinton “Buddy”, brothers Clinton and Phillip, 
sister Pam Mones, grandchildren Vincent and Reagan Carrasco and many devoted 
family and friends.
