Lessie Cecelia Singletary, 83, of Pearl River, died Saturday, July 28, 2012.

She is survived by her children and their spouses, Glynn Robert and Barbara 
Singletary, Judy Louise and Alvin D. Singletary; her sister, Alice Augustine 
Shields; three grandchildren, Kimberly Powers Olive and husband Curtis, Kelly 
Diane Singletary and Shane David Singletary, and three great-grandchildren, 
Savannah Layne Powers and Ella Morgan and Sara Isabella Olive. She is preceded 
in death by her husband, Fontain Singletary; parents, A.D. “Stout” and Mamie 
Moran; six brothers, Teddy, Louis, Gibbs, James, Archie and Allen Moran, and 
two sisters, Frazine Volion and Essie Nuccio.

Funeral Services will be July 31 at 11, with visitation starting at 9 a.m., at 
the chapel of D.T. Williams Funeral Home, 67525 Louisiana Highway 41, Pearl 
River. 
Interment will follow at Magee Cemetery, Talisheek.
