Arnold Thomas Taylor passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012. He was born August 14, 
1923 in Enon, LA to the late Thomas Benton and Mabel Jenkins Taylor and has 
been a life long resident of St. Tammany Parish.

The husband of Yvonne Magee Taylor, he is survived by one Donald E. Taylor; one 
sister, Hazel Taylor Cooper; three grandsons: Stephen Michael (Jeannie), Kevin 
Duane (Kay) and James R. “J.R.” (Jessica) Taylor and seven great-grandchildren: 
Scarlet Marie, Savannah and Matthew Taylor, Brock Thomas and Presley Kay 
Taylor, Owen Michael Taylor and Dillon Terrell. He was preceded in death by 
three brothers: Charles O’Neil, Lavell and Claude W. Taylor and two sisters, 
Bonnie Taylor and Lanell Taylor Moffet.

He worked for Pre-Stressed Construction Co. for many years and was a crane 
operator for most of his life. He also fought for his Country’s freedom during 
WWII in service to the U.S. Army.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service 
at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 9, 2012 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st 
Ave., Covington, LA 70433.

Visiting hours will begin Monday at 10:00 AM.

Interment at Sharp’s Chapel Cemetery in will immediately follow the service.
