SIMMONS

Grayce Audrey Simmons, 87, of McNeil, Miss., died Wednesday Aug. 1, 2012.

The Riverside Baptist Church member was a homemaker, school teacher and real 
estate broker.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Peggy Simmons of 
McNeil, Miss.; 10 grandchildren, CWO3 James Simmons of Colorado, Cecil “Bo” 
Simmons II of Bogalusa, Harley Simmons of Slidell, Jame “J.J.” Simmons of Kiln, 
Miss., Brandi Steveson of North Carolina, Carol Strickland of Alabama, Nicholas 
Welch of Poplarville, Miss., and Chris Cook, Jenny Farrington, Scotty Welch, 
all of McNeil, Miss. 
She also is survived by 21 great-grandchildren, three nephews and two nieces. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil H. Simmons, three sisters and 
two brothers.

D. T. Williams Funeral Home in Pearl River is handling arrangements.
