PARRISH

Francis “Frank” Parrish, 73, of Slidell died Monday, Sept. 24, 2012.

The member of Main Street Methodist Church in Bay St. Louis, Miss., worked for 
15 years as a teacher in Mississippi, at NASA in Bay St. Louis, Miss., and for 
10 years for Aramco in Saudi Arabia. He worked in international business in 
Dubai, Singapore and areas of Saudi Arabia, as a certified purchasing manager 
and for Textron Marine and Land Systems, traveling to Europe. 

He was born in Washington to Francis V. and Helena Burke Parrish.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Lyndall Whittington Parrish; daughter 
and son-in-law, Amy Parrish and Jake Gazzo of Summit, Miss., and grandchildren, 
Kiley and Jacob Gazzo.

Visitation will be Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to noon at Catchings Funeral Home in 
McComb, Miss. 

A graveside service will follow in the Whittington Cemetery in Amite County.
