BETTY JEAN CHAPMAN SCHOCK, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Wednesday, September 
12, 2012, at her residence at Live Oak Assisted Living Center.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Waldo H. Schock, Jr. of 67 
years, son Leland (Deborah) of West Falls, NY, son James of Reno, NV, two 
granddaughters (Erin and Lindsey) Ogden, UT and 2 great grandchildren (Kyler 
and Ahbury).

Betty was born in Logansport, IN on August 4, 1925, graduated from Logansport 
High School and attended the International Business College in Fort Wayne, IN 
where she met her husband. They were married on Christmas Day of 1944.

Friends are invited to attend a celebration of Betty’s life at Honaker Funeral 
Home, 1751 Gause Blvd West, Slidell, LA. On Friday, September 21, 2012.

Friends may visit at the Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until 2:00pm.
Funeral Service will follow at 2:00pm.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
