SMITH

James E. Smith, 59, died Sept. 4, 2012.

The native of Lake Village, Ark., had lived for 30 years in Mandeville.

He was the son of the late Ellis and Carrie Smith; father of Christina Smith; 
brother and brother-in-law of Barbara and Hassan Patwa, Kenneth and Rowana 
Smith, Charles and Marilyn Smith and Amy Smith, and uncle of Adam and Sara 
Patwa.

The family will hold a private gathering at a later date.

Serenity Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
