Otis Edward Stewart, 42, of Slidell died Friday, Sept. 21, 2012.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Stewart; children, Brett, Bryan and Karie 
Stewart; siblings, Beau Stewart and Denise Wheat; aunts, Mary Jo Dufrene and 
Shirley McWilliams; great-aunt, Dartiss Babb, and four nieces, two nephews and 
a great-niece and great-nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, James 
and Frankie Stewart.

Funeral services will be Sept. 29 at noon, with visitation starting at 9 a.m., 
at the D.T. Williams Funeral Home chapel, 67525 Louisiana Highway 41, Pearl 
River. 

Interment will follow at Hickory Memorial Gardens in Pearl River.
