TAYLOR

Lilly Bullard Taylor, 61, of Covington, died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012.

The Mansfield native is survived by her children, Jeannette Marie Taylor, 
Arthur Bernard Hughes Jr., and Glenn Louis Hughes; siblings, Mandy London Teur, 
Mary Lee, Patricia Wade Allen and Sonny Ray, Donald Ray and Kendall Wade 
London, and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 
Isabel Thomas and Tom Levi Bullard Sr.; husband, James Taylor, and a brother, 
Tom Bullard Jr.

Funeral services will be Sept 15 at 2 p.m. at Faith Bible Church, 1148 N. 
Columbia St., Covington, 

followed by a private burial.

Richardson Funeral Home of St. Tammany is handling arrangements.
