David Mark Douglas Sr., 59, a lifelong Madisonville resident, died Friday, Oct. 
5, 2012.

Survivors include his children and son-in-law, David Mark Douglas II, Erica 
Nichole Douglas and Jessica Paige Douglas and Thomas Warren; stepchildren, 
Duane Jenkins and Jerry Tyrney; grandchild, Julian Pierre; siblings, Ruil C. 
Douglas Jr., John Henry and Richard Bernard Douglas, Ruby Annette Lee, Rosanne 
Douglas Blackwell, Jane Stilley Munch and Barbara Samantha Douglas and many 
nieces and nephews and great-nieces and -nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernardine Antony Douglas and Ruil 
Clyde Douglas Sr.; infant son, Timothy Douglas, and brothers, Michael A. and 
Ruil Clay Douglas.

The loving and caring person retired from the Louisiana Department of Wildlife 
& Fisheries and was a St. Tammany Parish security guard before retirement.

Funeral services will be Oct. 13 at noon, with visitation starting at 10 a.m., 
at Bagnell and Son Funeral Home, Covington.
