Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/sttammany/obits/dateobits/2012/st1210.htm and click to view list of photos. ========== RICKARD CARLTON EADS, loving husband, father, and Papa, passed away at the age of 63, following a two year heroic battle against a rare form of cancer. Rick was preceded in death by two brothers: Stephen and Bill Eads. Rick was born January 6, 1949 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, to Ray and Virginia Eads, who now reside in Flat Rock, North Carolina. Rick graduated from Nitro High School in Nitro, West Virginia, and served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1968 to 1974. He worked for L-3 Comm/TANO for the past 34 years and retired December 14, 2011 as Engineering Manager. He was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Slidell He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 42 years, Margaret “Margie” Eads; daughter, Jennifer Juliano, her husband Jerry, and four grandchildren, Felicia, James, John, and Anna, all of Killeen, Texas; son, Scott Eads, his wife Emily, and grandson Drew, all of Slidell, Louisiana. Also survived by sisters Jennie Kovach, along with her husband Steve, both of Hockley, Texas; Melinda Eads-Riffe, her husband John, both of Gallatin, Tennessee, and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 21, 2012, from 6:00pm until 9:00pm, at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE BLVD WEST, in Slidell. Friends may also visit at the funeral home on Monday beginning at 9:00am. Funeral Services will be held at Honaker Funeral Home, on Monday, October 22, 2012, at 10:00am. Burial will be in Biloxi National Cemetery. ===================
