James R. Fulmer, 76, of Slidell died Monday, Oct. 29, 2012.

Survivors include his wife, Doris R. Fulmer; child and stepchildren, Jimmy 
Fulmer, Richard Holman Sr., and Johnny Holman; brother, Jack Fulmer;  
grandchildren, Richard Holman Jr., Crystal Harvey and Stephanie Porter, and 
great-grandchildren, Grace Holman and Seth, Julianna, McKenzie and Vivi Claire 
Porter. The son of the late John and Bonnebell Fulmer also was preceded in 
death by his stepchild, Michael Floyd Holman.

The New Orleans native was a Slidell resident for the past 40 years. The 
retired machinist for IAW of New Orleans served in the U.S. Air Force during 
the Korean War.

A graveside service will be held later in Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, 
Miss.
