Catherine “Katsy” Scobel passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012. She was 79 
years old. Loving and devoted wife for 61 years of Leslie A. Scobel. Loving 
mother of Vanda (Pat) Lattie, Luke (Sheryl) Scobel, Melee’ (Kenny) Gautreau, 
and Malter (Amy) Scobel. Grandmother of Tim and Allison Lattie, Amanda, Lisa, 
Lain, and Joel Scobel, and Ashlyn (Mitch) Greene. Great-Grandmother of Nora 
Jordan Greene. 

She was preceded in death by her mother Antoinette Separovich Pollanen, her 
father Anthony Maggio, and her grandson Jordan Gautreau.

She was an active member of the Slidell Woman’s Petroleum Club, Slidell 
Newcomers, and Our Lady of Lourdes Shawl Ministry.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at 
Our Lady of Lourdes, 400 Westchester Place, Slidell, Louisiana 70458 on 
Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Visitation begins at 8:30 AM.

Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, 2280 W. 21st. Ave., 
Covington, Louisiana 70433.

In lieu of flowers, please make donation to Our Lady of Lourdes Church in 
Slidell, Louisiana.
