Thomas C. Foster died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Foster; mother, Grace McLoughlin Foster; 
children and daughter-in-law, Michael, Kelly, Rachael and Sean Foster; siblings 
and their spouses, Pamela and Louis Fossee, Melissa and Barry Pohlmann and 
Kevin Foster; grandchildren, Emily, Ava and Collin Foster, and mother-in-law, 
Ardath Zimmerman.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Foster, and father-in-law, Harry 
Zimmerman.

The master plumber worked as a plumbing inspector at the New Orleans Sewer and 
Water Board.

Services will be private.
