He was a retired Pipefitter of Local 60, a Navy Veteran of WWII and a 32nd Degree Mason, member of Lodge 188 of Covington, LA. Born October 16, 1919 in St. Tammany Parish. He is survived by his present wife of 21 years: Ruth Revere; four daughters: Sharon Revere, Shelia Motichek, Terri Revere and Leslie Revere; three step- daughters: Audrey Jenkins, Leslie Raymond and Jennifer Loyd; one step-son: William Boyette; four sisters: Bessie Teen, Marie Chimento, Shirley Sharp and Joyce Binder; one brother: Robert Revere and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceeded in death by his parents: Annette Dutruch Revere and Cassie Revere; first wife: Hilda Revere; one brother: Andrew Revere; three sisters: Anna Revere, Ruby Sitnik and Maycelle Revere; one son: Gary Revere and one daughter: Brenda Revere. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on Friday, November 9, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Visitation on Thursday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Friday from 9:00 AM until service time. Interment in Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery.
