He was a native of Pearl River and a resident of New Orleans for many years. Victor was the loving husband of Katherine Lee Victor, beloved son of the late Nettie and Ned Victor, father of Lorri Victor Smith (Ronald) and LaMarque Victor (Kristen) and brother of Shirley Pickens, Pinkie Powell, Sharon, Annette, Linda, Leon ,and the late Darron Victor, Audrey Vaultz and Karen Hall. He was grandfather of Emmitt , Aaliyah, Lorrielle, Layla, Shaniah, LaMarque Jr. and Kmar Victor; godfather of Michelle Charles, Theresa Bernard, Lakeisha Lindsey, Dcorian Reynolds, Chevon Hall and Ava Antoine ; brother-in- law of John Jackson, Ayana Brown, and the late Joseph and Gerald Lee, Pamela Jackson and Frances Bridges, and son-in-law of the late Kathleen and Lloyd Jackson, Emerson and Mildred Brown. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers and members of Greater Bright and Morning Star, of New Orleans, Little Union Baptist Church of Pearl River and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at The Greater Bright and Morning Star Baptist Church 4253 Dale St., New Orelans Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012 at 9 a.m. Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. with a dismissal service at 1 p.m. at Little Union Baptist Church 30970 Haas Road, Pearl River, Pastor Roderick Deflanders will be officiating. Interment will follow at Salvation Cemetery in Pearl River. Majestic Mortuary is handling the arrangements. ===================
