William “Billy” Allen Clemons, 46, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012.

Survivors include his parents, Brenda and Wayne Clemons; sister, Tammy Clemons; 
son, Paul Lewis Clemons; daughter-in-law, Juliana Clemons; grandchildren, Kiley 
and Lucas Clemons, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was born in Tacoma, Wash.
