George Francis Dahmer, 75, died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Grace Faulkner; daughter, Teresa Brady; 
grandchildren, Kyle, Jennifer and Nathan Brady; siblings, Geraldine Hambrick, 
Allen and Robert Dahmer, Arlene McCallef, Rita Darden, Charlotte Barnett, Carol 
Brehm, Marie Delaughter, Shelton and Ronald Dahmer, Barbara Bonin, Loretta 
Arceneaux and Denise Kempski, and many nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his son, Wayne Michael; parents, Malroy “Mike” and 
Elaine Dahmer, and his brother, Wayne Dahmer.

He was owner of “Mr. Sprinkler,” served in the Vietnam War, retired from U.S. 
Marines, was a lifetime member of the Jans F. Hursey Detachment No. 748 of the 
Marine Corps League and former member of Slidell Elks Lodge. He loved fishing, 
bowling and football and spending time with his grandchildren.

The funeral service will be Dec. 15 at noon, with visitation at 9:30 a.m., at 
Bagnell & Sons Funeral Home in Covington. 

Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, consider making a donation to the family to help offset 
funeral expenses.
