Mary D. Davis, 71, of Lacombe died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012.

Survivors include her children, Melissa Davis Edgerson, Bobby and Kenneth 
Davis; sisters, Diana Davis and Delmer Davis Johnson, and 10 grandchildren and 
five great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Dave Murray and parents, Mary 
Balizo and Chester Davis Jr.; sister, Doris Davis, and sons, Carl and John 
Davis.

She retired from Lacombe Nursing Home.

Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. on Dec. 13 folllowed by services at Faith Bible 
Church, 1148 N. Columbia St., Covington, with the Rev. Alfred N. Young Jr., 
officiating. 

Burial will follow in Abita Cemetery.
