MARTHA TARNOK DISIMONE, of Slidell, LA on Thursday, December 13, 2012.

Beloved wife of the late John Victor Disimone.
Sister of the late Marie Louise Swenson.
Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Age 91 years

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), 
Slidell, LA on Friday, December 21, 2012 at 10:00 A.M.

Interment in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Visitation on Friday after 9:00 A.M. until funeral time
