Alberta Christine Fayard Dodson passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2012.

Beloved wife for 66 years of Robert Maitland Dodson; loving mother of D. 
Christine Dodson, Shelly D. Jones, Robert O. Dodson and Albert R. Dodson (Mary 
Beth); grandmother to Lylee, Rob, Christine, Joseph, Betty Ann and Keith; and 
great-grandmother of Pierson. 

She was preceded in death by a son, Keith D. Dodson; her mother, Mazie Stiglets 
Fayard; her father, Albert Thomas Fayard, Sr.; two sisters, Mary F. Grovo and 
Madeline F. Noble; and a brother, Albert T. Fayard, Jr.

Age 87 years, a Registered Nurse, she was a native of Gulfport, MS and a 
resident of Mandeville, LA for the past 33 years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at 
the Chapel of E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, 
LA 70433 on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 11:00 AM.

Visitation on Wednesday will begin at 9:00 AM.

Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.

Her request was Mass or Prayer offerings in her memory.
