Cedric Lamond Matamoros Sr., 33, of Lacombe died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012.

Survivors include his wife, Shelna Jackson Matamoros; children, Cedric Jr., 
London and Nicholas and Asia; mother, Jerlean Matamoros; sisters and brother-
in-law, Tameka and Wendell Cousin and Bianca Matamoros; niece, Laila, all of 
Lacombe, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Malayasia Chantel Matamoros, and 
father, Isaac Matamoros.

Funeral services will be Dec. 15 at 11 a.m., with visitation starting at 10 
a.m., in Brown’s Funeral Home Chapel, 1011 Rosa St., Picayune, Miss. The Rev. 
Wyman Gaulden will officiate. 

Interment will be in the Picayune Cemetery.
