Diane Jacquet Molony passed away December 31, 20l2 following a brief illness. 
She was born to Helen and Camille Jacquet in New Orleans, LA where she lived 
most of her life, before moving to Picayune, MS, and later Slidell, LA.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert Jacquet, who passed 
away earlier this year.

Diane was formerly married to Jay Molony of New Orleans. She leaves behind three 
daughters: Dana Molony Hunter (Mike) of Picayune, MS., Grandchildren, Patrick, 
Timothy (Jenni) Colleen West and Ryan Webb, Great-grandchildren, Lexe, Lauren, 
Cole, and Eli, One great-great-grandaughter, Rylee; Kim Molony Patton (Barratt) 
of Bloomington, IN., Grandchildren; Jennifer (Mark) Springer and John Patton, 
Great-grandchildren, Andrew, Kate, Tessa, Claire, and Zachary; Lane Molony 
Sistrunk (Terry) of Covington, LA., Grandchildren, Courtney (Blake) Adams and 
Christopher, Caitlin, and Camille Sistrunk.

Diane’s family would like to express their appreciation to the employees and 
residents of Summerfield Retirement Community in Slidell for their love, care 
and compassion during her final years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at 
the Chapel of E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 
70433 on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 10:30 AM.

Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until service time.

Graveside committal with interment will be at 1:00 PM at New Palestine Cemetery 
in Picayune, MS.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Upwards Community 
Service Summer Camp Program, www.upwardcommunityservices.org
