Jason Alan Moore, 40, died Monday, Dec. 24, 2012.

Survivors include his loving wife, Crystal Moore; daughters, Raven and Alicia 
Moore; son, Jason Moore II; father, Steven Moore; brother, Joe Moore; sister, 
Gina Buono, and eight nephews and eight nieces. He was preceded in death by his 
mother, Linda Mezepella.

A memorial service will be Dec. 29 from 1-3 p.m. at Victory Faith Church on 
Louisiana Highway 40 in Bush.
