SMITH

Robert E. Smith, 59, died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012.

Survivors include his wife, Lorraine Smith; children, Joshua and Jeremy Smith 
and Christy Pesses; mother, Thais Lyon; siblings and their spouses, Mitzi 
Mancuso, Michael and Lisa Smith, Karen and John Spellman and Michele and Matt 
Mazzetti; cousin, Thomas Gereighty Jr., and many other cousins, uncles, nieces 
and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene J. Smith.

The native and lifelong resident of New Orleans and Metairie lived on the 
Northshore for the past eight years.

The family will hold a private service later.

Serenity Funeral Home of Covington is handling arrangements.
